Policy
- Travel fee is charged to each Venue. Price on application.
- Due to the popularity of my cakes I advise you book as early as possible! Months or even a year ahead is advised. Upon applying on our enquiry form we will contact you usually within 48 hours.
- To secure your cake, a deposit of $100 is required. The deposit must be made when confirming you would like your cake for a certain date. This can be paid via master Card, Visa and PayPal on my website or in cash during a consultation. Receipts provided. Balance must be paid one week prior to the cake being dropped off to your location, or cash payment on the day if picking the cake up.
- RSVP policy - Due to the amount of time spent making decorations for your cake, refunds for the deposit of a cake, due to cancelation one month before the due date can not be given.
- Cakes Eleven assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage after the cake is dropped off to the venue.
